Anxiety attacks are alarming episodes, sometimes it is referred to as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), but they can not hurt you. However, having once suffered an attack, one never wants to repeat the experience.

Here are some ways on how to get rid of GAD

The SSRIs

This treatment has to be considered if they are to be effective. You have to be guided by an expert. It’s aim is to get rid of your fears and anxieties by using special techniques to calm, relieve stress and relax tense muscles, so you can turn negative feelings into positive ones.

Breathing

Many people use special breathing techniques to control anxiety attacks. The main aim is to slow and control breathing, deep breathing can have the opposite effect. But more importantly, with all the breathing exercises, the best way is also to use the diaphragm, not just the chest hold your breath and then breath out deeply to relax your tension and anxiety causing GAD.

Diet

Your diet may play a role to stop anxiety attacks. The highly acidic diet that most of us eat may exacerbate the tension and anxiety. So stay away from, or reduce, like salt, sugar, processed foods, dairy products (yogurt, but is fine), nuts, alcohol, etc. Regarding protein, reducing the amount that you need, taking into account the physical aspects of their work and lifestyle. On the other hand, eat lots of fruits and vegetables that are alkaline.

While the treatments above of treating Gad can be effective, one of the key components of anxiety attacks is the current “fear” of having another leads to high levels of anxiety.
